We’re very proud of our involvement in the Skyline Ridge development of West Linn.

We developed 135 lots and then 55 of the homes ranging from 2600 to 4500 SF.  Phases I through IV were completed in 1994 and Phase V is currently in progess, known as the Breckenridge Heights neighborhood.
